Rate a purchase from iBooks Store
I am able to rate (stars) my purchase from the iBooks Store but cannot leave a comment. Can anyone tell me why?

Hi,
Yes it is always possible to rate purchases from App Store and leave a comment.
Go with the mouse to the 5-Stars and the 5-Stars will changes color.
Click there how many stars.
Then you have to wait for a moment.
Than click on: Be the first to write a review.
Wait again a few moment an this window will open & you can leave a comment.
